Family-managed group

OUR GROUP TODAY

Since 1927, the Eram Group, a French family-owned group, has been promoting a different approach to entrepreneurship through its brands and is committed to responsible fashion.

Doing good and doing it well is our raison d’être for creating and promoting new, more virtuous business models.

The Eram Group has always maintained its historic expertise as a shoe manufacturer, thanks to its production workshop in Maine-et-Loire, the Group’s historic headquarters.

OUR REGIONAL ROOTS

The Eram Group’s headquarters have historically been located in Saint-Pierre-Montlimart, in Maine-et-Loire (49). Seven warehouses and a shoe manufacturing workshop are also located in this region.

In 2018, the Group created the Sixième Ciel collaborative workspace, located in the heart of the Quartier de la Création on the Île de Nantes, to offer its employees a new place to share experiences.

The Group also has offices in Paris and the Paris region, as well as in Asia for its international teams.

THE VALUES THAT BRING US TOGETHER

Embodying these values and ensuring that newcomers and long-standing employees alike embrace them and integrate them into their behavior and actions is what drives us every day.

SIMPLICITY

is the strength of our interactions. It is found in our relationships, where we always favor the simplest and most pragmatic approach. In both successes and difficulties, we promote sincere and transparent communication.

RESPONSIBILITY

incorporates environmental, social, and economic issues. It commits us to a relationship of trust with all our stakeholders. Respect, a sense of responsibility, and high standards drive our daily work.

OPEN-MINDEDNESS

is fundamental to innovation and entrepreneurship. A diverse ecosystem, internal synergies, and creativity accelerate our efforts toward responsible fashion.

RESPECT

is essential to the quality of our relationships. It manifests itself through listening, consideration, and fairness towards everyone. Respect for differences, commitments, and oneself fosters trust, cohesion, and collective performance.
