It is composed of:
- the Group’s Legal & Compliance Director
- the Group’s Human Resources Director
- an external expert in the field of ethics
- a member of the Group’s Executive Committee
The Ethics Committee is also responsible for developing the Group’s ethics policy and updating its ethics charter. To contact the Ethics Committee: comite-ethique@groupe-eram.com

Our concrete actions
ETHICS CHARTER
This Ethics Charter is the reference document that inspires the choices and guides the daily actions of the Eram Group and its brands.
VIGILANCE PLAN
In accordance with our CSR commitments and in line with the “duty of vigilance” law, the Eram Group has developed this vigilance plan with the aim of identifying risks and preventing serious violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the health, safety, and environment of individuals.
SUPPLIER RELATIONS & RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING LABEL
Since 2020, Gémo has been certified with the “Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing” label (RFAR charter), which the brand renewed in 2023. This label recognizes French companies that have established sustainable and balanced relationships with their suppliers, based on 15 evaluation criteria. This distinction allows Gémo to highlight all the actions already implemented within the company over several years, but also to identify areas for improvement and develop an action plan.
PROTECTING THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS
Our daily commitment is to ensure that there are no health risks associated with the use of our products. This is at the heart of the relationship of trust between us and our customers.
Like many products, clothing and footwear contain chemicals that provide qualities expected by customers, such as waterproofing, durability, fire protection, ease of ironing, etc.
The role of our quality department is to limit and control these substances in order to protect the health of our customers and the environment.
