Each employee is responsible for their own career path. The training department, an essential partner for employees in developing their skills, plays a key role in the Group’s transformation process.

Our employees can log on to the e-learning platform at any time to access tailor-made training modules. In addition, a training catalog, which is expanded each year, is available to them. All of these solutions are designed to align the needs of employees with those of the company.

TRANSFORMING OUR MANAGEMENT CULTURE

One of the key challenges of our Change for Good corporate project is to share a new management model that is aligned with the Group’s values and embodied by all managers.

Since early 2021, a comprehensive training and support program tailored to the Group has been launched, focusing on the four dimensions of management: inspiring, organizing, supporting, and demanding. Quite a program!

ALREADY MORE THAN 1,130 MANAGERS TRAINED SINCE 2021. EACH NEW MANAGER IS TRAINED IN THE YEAR THEY JOIN THE GROUP.
